Ingredients:
- ¾ cup cilantro leaves
- ½ cup of pickled jalapenos
- 2 tbsps of the juice from the pickled jalapenos
- ¾ cups kewpie mayo
- ¾ cup sour cream
- 1 big tbsp of dry ranch seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp saly
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- ¼ cup buttermilk (optional)
- ¼ cup Roomy Remedies Sea Moss Gel
Instructions:
- Into a blender or food processor, puree the cilantro leaves, jalapenos. sea moss and jalapeno juice. Puree until as minced as possible, scraping down the sides as you go
- Add the kewpie mayo, sour cream and seasonings into a separate mixing bowl. Mix well to combine
- Pour the cilantro mixture into the mixing bowl, stir to combine.
- Top off the dip with lime juice and buttermilk if necessary to thin it out
- Store in the refrigerator, good for up to 5 days
