Roomy Remedies Fried Pickle Dip Recipe


  • ½ cup of Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Chopped Pickles of your choice
  • 2 cups of sour cream
  • 1 (1.5 oz) packet of ranch seasoning mix
  • ¼ cup pickle juice
  • Fresh Dill 


  1. Melt the butter in a skillet on medium to low heat
  2. Add the Panko to the pan and toast until golden brown, usually takes about 3-4 minutes
  3. Reserve some toasted Panko Breadcrumbs and chopped pickles to the side
  4. Place the remaining breadcrumbs, pickles, sour cream, ranch packet and pickle juice into a bowl and stir to combine
  5. You can serve immediately or save for later
  6. Top with the reserved pickles and breadcrumbs and enjoy!
