Ingredients:
- ½ cup of Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Chopped Pickles of your choice
- 2 cups of sour cream
- 1 (1.5 oz) packet of ranch seasoning mix
- ¼ cup pickle juice
- Fresh Dill
Instructions:
- Melt the butter in a skillet on medium to low heat
- Add the Panko to the pan and toast until golden brown, usually takes about 3-4 minutes
- Reserve some toasted Panko Breadcrumbs and chopped pickles to the side
- Place the remaining breadcrumbs, pickles, sour cream, ranch packet and pickle juice into a bowl and stir to combine
- You can serve immediately or save for later
- Top with the reserved pickles and breadcrumbs and enjoy!
