Ingredients:
- 1 (6 oz) package of Feta Cheese, drained and crumbled
- ¼ cup cream cheese
- 1 large clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 ½ tablespoons of cold water
- ⅓ cup of pomegrate seeds
- ¼ cup of pistachios, chopped
- Honey
- 1 teaspoon of fresh thyme
- ¼ cup Roomy Remedies Sea Moss Gel
Instructions:
- Add feta, cream cheese, sea moss, garlic and olive oil to a food processor and blend until smooth, about 2 minutes
- Scrape down the sides and then slowly add in water while the processor is running to create a whipped dip
- Transfer to a bowl and fold in the pomegranate and pistachios, leave some to sprinkle on top for presentation
- Finish off with a drizzle of honey and serve
