Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons of Roomy Remedies Sea Moss Gel
- 2 Cups Rolled Oats
- 1/3 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
- 1 1/2 Cup Almond or Oat Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips + Extra for toppings
- Other Additional Toppings: Peanut Butter, Whipped Cream, Nuts or Maple Syrup
Instructions:
- Preheat the over to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a 9" x 13" pan
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt
- In a separate bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients except the chocolate chips
- Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined
- Add in the chocolate chips until they are throughout
- Place the batter into the greased pan and sprinkle the extra chocolate chips and any other toppings to be baked
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until it looks fully set.
- Let it cool for around 10 minutes, add any other toppings and enjoy!
