Ingredients:
- 1 cup canned Pineapple Juice
- ¾ cup packed light brown sugar (or sugar alternative)
- ⅓ cup Rice Vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of Ketchup
- 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
- 4 tablespoons of Roomy Remedies Sea Moss Gel
- Cornstarch Slurry (1 ½ tablespoons cornstarch in 2 tablespoons water)
Instructions:
- Place all the ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil
- Once boiling, stir in the cornstarch slurry and boil for another minute until thickened
- Let the sauce then cool completely and store in an airtight container
- The sauce is good for up to 3 weeks!
